Breathe Better. Feel Better.

Breathe Your Way To A Healthy Heart & Normal Blood Pressure

Nearly Half Of All Adults Are Suffering From High Blood Pressure

Symptoms start out subtle and often get ignored. A headache, a feeling of anxiousness, those little floaters in your line of vision. However... when left unattended, high blood pressure can develop into serious health consequences like:

  • Hardening of the arteries
  • Heart attack
  • IBS and Chronic diarrhea
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Sexual impotence

Fortunately... there’s an easy, drug-free, and completely natural way to fix the problem. A solution that helps maintain a healthy heart, promotes normal blood pressure, and completely vanishes daily stress and anxiety.

Half of all adults suffer from hypertension

Why does high blood pressure happen?

When we get stressed, our internal “fight or flight” reflex gets triggered. Our body goes into full alert mode. The heart rate increases and blood vessels contract. Digestion shuts down. And Adrenaline and Cortisol (the stress hormone) are released.

All of this is useful when we face a REAL threat. Unfortunately, everyday stress activates this system all too often. And this stress is causing us severe health problems.

The NESHIMA Blood Pressure Challenge

If you want solid proof that NESHIMA works, just take this simple challenge...

STEP 1.

Measure your blood pressure

STEP 2.

Use your NESHIMA for 5 minutes

STEP 3.

Measure again!

In a matter of minutes your blood pressure will slow down and any stress or anxiety you're feeling will just melt away.

Watch It Happen

There's no better way to prove that NESHIMA works than by actually showing you my heartbeat rate go down in real-time.

In this video you'll see my heart rate go from 90 beats per minute (while walking around and being busy at the office), to a very calm and relaxed 58 beats per minute. For reference, 58 BPM is considered by doctors as an "excellent rate" for someone my age.

And just as quickly as the heart rate drops, the stress and anxiety just melt away. Plus... the more you use your NESHIMA, the better you'll become at managing your stress and the faster you'll be able to experience the many health benefits it provides.

High Blood Pressure Sent Me To The Hospital

I'll never forget that night. My stress level was through the roof. I thought my brain was going to explode.

I went to the closest hospital emergency room and they told me my blood pressure was dangerously high.  The doctor handed me a pill and said this will fix it. An hour later, my blood pressure was unchanged so they gave me another pill.

Yet another hour passed and my blood pressure was still off the charts. So I started deep breathing. For an hour while the doctors and nurses treated other patients... I just keep breathing.

When they came back to take my blood pressure again, it was normal. It wasn't the medicine that helped normalize my blood pressure. It was my breathing.

Did you know...
That 90% of all visits to the doctor are stress-related?

It's true. And it gets worse, because according to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), up to 83% of all adult deaths between the ages of 21 and 65 are related to lifestyle and unmanaged stress.

Stress affects us all in different ways. For some, it's negative thoughts keeping them up at night. For others, it's having a hard time focusing on their daily tasks due to worries and fears. And yet for others... it's crippling panic attacks.

But even more critical is the invisible damage that stress inflicts on us:

Increased heartbeat and blood pressure

Increased blood pressure severely increases the risk of heart attacks and stroke. Most people with high blood pressure show no symptoms (even in dangerously high levels). Other people may experience frequent headaches, shortness of breath, nosebleeds, fatigue, chest pain, blurry vision, or confusion.

Elevated cortisol levels

Cortisol is released by the adrenal glands and it is known as "the stress hormone". Too much cortisol into our bloodstream may cause stress to become chronic. Cortisol is directly linked to overeating, weight gain, insulin spikes, and serious intestinal issues. It may also cause irritability, mood swings, anxiety, and depression.

In men, cortisol can cause a loss of libido and erectile dysfunction. In women, cortisol can cause problems with regular ovulation cycles and menstrual periods.

Decreased PCO2 levels

When the body gets stressed, the respiratory rate increases and this may result in hyperventilation. This triggers the PCO2 levels in the body to go down and may cause any of the following symptoms: dizziness, feeling lightheaded, numbness, muscle spasms (in the hands and feet), discomfort in the chest area, fever, confusion, dry mouth, and a tingling sensation in the arms or legs.

When PCO2 levels remain low for longer periods, the body may suffer from pain, stroke, or sock. And if left unattended, pulmonary, cardiac, or liver failure may occur.

Loss of sleep & Depleted energy levels

A lack of proper sleep slows down impairs your judgement and cognitive abilities (like critical thinking, problem solving, attention, and the ability to learn). A lack of sleep is also a serious safety hazard that may lead to injuries and loss of life.

Sleeplessness can develop into insomnia. Chronic sleep loss increases the risks of heart disease, heart attack, stroke, irregular heartbeat, hypertension, and heart failure.

A lack of proper sleep has also been linked to an increased risk of diabetes. Irregular sleep patterns may cause an increase in hunger and possibly lead to obesity.

Breathe Your Stress Away

Multiple scientific studies have proven that the quickest, easiest, and most effective way to reduce stress is to develop and follow a daily controlled breathing routine.

"Deep breathing will reduce blood pressure and calm your stress"

“Breath control helps quell errant stress response.”

"Breathing can help ease anxiety and other stress-related issues"

"Breath is a powerful tool to ease stress and make you feel less anxious."

"Breathing can be used to quickly break the pattern of stress."

"Breathing improves blood pressure and mental health"

"Deep breathing offers immediate and long-term stress reduction"

“Breathing deeper improves your health and posture.”

Keep in mind that controlled breathing is an different kind of breathing than the one we do all day on auto-pilot. It is a conscious activity that must be learned and practiced in order to be effective.

And to help you develop a controlled breathing routine, we've created something remarkable...

INTRODUCING:

NESHIMA

The Divine Breath

NESHIMA is an effective biofeedback device designed to improve your deep-breathing patterns, harmonize your body, and reduce everyday stress.

The precision restricted airflow in NESHIMA keeps your exhaling slow and long. When this happens, the brain signals your parasympathetic nervous system to calm down the mind and induce a state of relaxation throughout your entire body.

Prolonged exhalation with NESHIMA also helps balance the PCO2 levels in the body, causing a swift and notable decrease in the physiological symptoms of stress and anxiety. When this happens, the body’s cortisol levels also decrease considerably.

NESHIMA’s subtle auditory feedback promotes a state of mindfulness. Its soothing sensory stimulation focuses your attention on exhalation. This helps you to slow down, avoid racing thoughts... and keep your mind grounded and present to the “right here, right now”.

Daily Use of NESHIMA:

  • Calms down the mind and the body
  • Quickly reduces everyday anxiety and stress
  • Slows down the heartbeat
  • Promotes healthy blood pressure
  • Regulates cortisol levels (stress hormone)
  • Balances PCO2 levels
  • Supports a state of relaxed mindfulness
  • Improves mind and body wellbeing

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need a tool for breathing?

Your body is programmed to intake oxygen through breathing. But mindful deep breathing is an entirely conscious practice. NESHIMA is both a physical reminder to do breathe mindfully, as well as an efficient device to help slow down exhalation.

Wouldn't a straw work just as well?

Not exactly. NESHIMA has a precise airflow restriction, length, and diameter. It was designed specifically to aid deep and prolonged 8-10 second exhalations. It is also designed to provide soothing and subtle auditory feedback during exhale.

Is it a whistle?

No, it is not. While NESHIMA does provide a subtle auditory feedback. However, it is not a loud sound. It’s a quiet and soothing sound that won’t bother anyone around you. And yes, it’s 100% pet-friendly.

How fast does it work?

It usually takes around 2 minutes of deep breathing with prolonged exhalations to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to relax your mind and body. The more frequently you use NESHIMA, and the more practice you have, the faster it will work. Keep in mind that how fast it works, may also depend on how anxious or stressed out you are at the moment.

How long should my exhale be with NESHIMA?

Ideally, your exhales with NESHIMA should last for 8-10 seconds after a deep breath. This is the scientifically proven way to relax your mind and body. Don’t worry if you can’t exhale for that long when starting out... practice will help you get there.

What material is it made of?

NESHIMA is crafted with love with graded 316 stainless steel. With proper care, it will last you a lifetime. Every piece is machined, polished, and measured to ensure the highest quality. The width of the steel is precisely 1mm and the restricted airflow duct is 3.91mm to provide the perfect exhale every time.

The inner diameter is 3.91mm

The outer diameter is 4.91mm
