Shipping is non-refundable.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Most of our clients receive their purchases within 7-14 days of ordering. If you do not receive your order, please email otcpublishing@gmail.com and we’ll be glad to look it up.

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us to replace it. We will be happy to help. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
